Donor Consultative Meeting

In the context of increasing climate change, Vietnam’s Water Sector have been facing many challenges, including flood, drought, salinity intrusion, water pollution, etc…and they are projected to be more completed and unpredictable in the future. Over a period of time, Vietnam has received great deals of funding supports and assistance from national and international organizations and donors to respond to these challenges. These supports are absolutely essential and important to the improved management of the water sector towards sustainable development of Vietnam and the region. Therefore, for the purpose of review sponsored activities and exchange lessons leant among donors as well as identify ways forward for more efficient financing in water and environmental sectors, we are proud to hold a consultative meeting between donors and related organizations at the occasion of the Vietnam International Water Week-VACI2018 3-8 March 2018.
